The award ceremony Awards de chocolats 2015 was held Thursday, October 29th at the "Salon du Chocolat" and below you will find the winners. Some of them also proposes webshops.

• Le chocolat Emmanuel Briet [4] (Epernay) : Award for l’Harmonie / harmony
• Chocolat Pascal (Bayonne) [5] : Award for Coup de Cœur / jury's favorite
• ID Sucré (Laval) [6] : Award for Recherche Créative / creativity
• Pâtisserie Chocolaterie Rigollot (Annecy) [7] : Award for Savoir-Faire / know-how
• La Petite Rose (Paris) : Award for la Chocolatière
• Richart (Paris et Lyon) [8] : Award for la Haute Chocolaterie / good chocolate
• Schmitt Chocolatier (Nancy) [9] : Award for Saveurs / flavors
• Sylvain Lauwerier (Bois-Colombes) : Award for l’Excellence

The association "Croqueurs de Chocolat" also appointed a number of chocolatiers at this years inevitable : Arnaud Larher, Fabrice Gillotte, Franck Fresson, Gilles Cresno, Henri Le Roux, Hubert Masse - Le Cacaotier, Jean-Paul Hévin, Jean-Pierre Etienvre - Dupont Avec Un Thé, Laurent Duchêne, Nicolas Cloiseau - La Maison du Chocolat, Pascal Le Gac, Pierre Hermé, Pierre Marcolini, Richard Sève and Sadaharu Aoki.
