- ID Sucré (Laval) : Award for Recherche Créative / creativity
- Pâtisserie Chocolaterie Rigollot (Annecy) : Award for Savoir-Faire / know-how
- La Petite Rose (Paris) : Award for la Chocolatière
- Richart (Paris et Lyon) : Award for la Haute Chocolaterie / good chocolate
- Schmitt Chocolatier (Nancy) : Award for Saveurs / flavors
- Sylvain Lauwerier (Bois-Colombes) : Award for l’Excellence
The association "Croqueurs de Chocolat" also appointed a number of chocolatiers at this years inevitable : Arnaud Larher, Fabrice Gillotte, Franck Fresson, Gilles Cresno, Henri Le Roux, Hubert Masse - Le Cacaotier, Jean-Paul Hévin, Jean-Pierre Etienvre - Dupont Avec Un Thé, Laurent Duchêne, Nicolas Cloiseau - La Maison du Chocolat, Pascal Le Gac, Pierre Hermé, Pierre Marcolini, Richard Sève and Sadaharu Aoki.
