Everything you need to know about 2018 in France
In this year’s press kit, we will present to you:
- Handpicked events from all over France throughout the year
- Information on destinations with direct flights from Finland

2018 is an eventful year, and we will guide you through the maze of sports, cultural and historical events that will take place from Normandy in the north to Côte d’Azur in the south.
From Finland, it is possible to fly directly to Paris, Lyon, Nice and Biarritz. For each destination we have explored the cities and the surrounding areas with the purpose of narrowing down five good reasons to go to each destination.
Last but not least, we have looked into four subjects that are characteristic for France: French knowhow, festivals, active holiday activities and theme parks. We have explored the themes across the different regions in France, and present to you the most interesting activities – from visiting a Chartreuse distillery to taking part in a Celtic festival.
